Go to the portal login page and click "Forgot Password" below the sign-in button.

Enter your company email address and click Submit. You will receive a reset link within 2 minutes.

Click the link in the email, enter your new password (min. 8 characters), and sign in.
⚠️ If you don't receive the email, check your Spam folder. Still stuck? Call IT Helpdesk on Ext. 200.

VPN Setup & Connection

Download Cisco AnyConnect from the IT SharePoint page (search "AnyConnect" in SharePoint).

Install the application. When prompted for a server address, enter: vpn.kesinpharma.com

Log in using your company email as the username and your Windows password.

Once connected, the AnyConnect icon in your taskbar will show a green lock. You now have full access to internal systems.
💡 VPN disconnects after 8 hours of inactivity. Simply reconnect using the same steps.

Printer Not Working

Restart the printer — turn it off, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on. Wait for it to fully initialise.

On your computer, go to Settings → Printers & Scanners. Remove the printer and click Add a printer.

Select "The printer that I want isn't listed" → Add by TCP/IP address → Enter: 192.168.1.100

Print a test page to confirm it's working.
🗒️ Paper jams: open all printer panels fully, gently remove jammed paper, close all panels before powering on.

Open Microsoft Outlook. Go to File → Add Account.

Enter your full Kesin email address (e.g. name@kesinpharma.com) and click Connect.

Select Exchange as the account type. Server: mail.kesinpharma.com

Enter your Windows password when prompted. Outlook will sync your mailbox — this may take a few minutes.
📱 For mobile: download the Outlook app, enter your Kesin email, and follow the same steps. IT can assist with MDM enrolment.
